Sean graduated from UC San Diego in 2006 with a degree in History and a minor in Political Science. Since graduation he has worked and traveled around Southern California and beyond, including a year in Puerto Rico. There he learned the nuts and bolts of the small business work ethic while enjoying the Caribbean lifestyle.
He came back to his hometown to apply what he learned to the family business. Goal oriented and focused on providing the best service to owners and their tenants, Sean is your main contact as he handles all of the operations for our Long Beach and Huntington Beach property management operations.

Derek Belisle, Marketing Manager
Derek Belisle graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2009 with a degree in Communication and a minor in Sport Management. From 2009-2019 he served as the Marketing Director for the Arthritis National Research Foundation (ANRF) to give back and make an impact in the nonprofit world.
After parting ways with ANRF in 2019, Derek began his own marketing company, Belisle Marketing and Design, and freed up time to be a larger part of the the family Property Management business.
Derek has joined the apartment rental agency team to ensure that the user experience is top-notch, offering a seamless experience for you. Everything you need from apartment rental search and real estate search to owner and tenant information is easily accessible and visually appealing. Derek ensures that we continue updating our tools and information to create a positive customer experience for our tenants and our Huntington Beach and Long Beach property management clients.
